SERVE Letter August 2020
It doesn’t seem that long ago when my children were young enough to be going back to school. The long summer was over and buying supplies and starting a new school year was always exciting at our house. This year, we face a world that seemingly changed overnight with a new set of issues facing us and our children. What may seem strange now, such as kids having to wear masks at school, will soon become a new normal as we all adjust to what life has to be right now.
At Brookstone Restoration, our main goal is helping you return to normalcy after an event has destroyed the home you love. We understand life feels anything but usual, but we are determined to help heal both your home and your heart. No one wants to need home restoration services but when you do, rest assured that we will quickly return your life to “normal” as quickly as we can.
Blessings to you and your family!
—Mike Whitcomb
As the Coronavirus continues to make its way through the United States, keeping your property sanitized is a top priority. Brookstone Restoration's primary goal is to be a resource to the community during these uncertain times and serve to keep you, your family, and your business safe. We have done a little over 3-million square feet of disinfectant work throughout Birmingham, Tuscaloosa, Opelika, Montgomery, Roanoke, Russellville, and Oxford Alabama, with 2-million square feet of that being for the Shelby County School system.
Our expertly trained technicians are prepared to perform a detailed cleanup process that involves facility or structure cleaning and disinfection. If COVID-19 has contaminated your home or work or you want to take precautionary measures, Brookstone Restoration is here to assist. We have all the necessary tools and equipment to handle thorough sanitization and disinfection. Brookstone Restoration will do everything to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and provide you, your family, and your company with safe environments.
Brookstone Restoration's goal is to glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us while making a positive difference in the lives of others. When you choose Brookstone to be your restoration contractor, you make a difference in the lives of those served by ministries like Feed My Starving Children and our current project with Alabama Baptist Children's Homes & Family Ministries in Tarrant, Alabama.
Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) believes hope starts with food. FMSC is dedicated to seeing every child whole in body and spirit. FMSC works with partners like Brookstone Restoration to help empower children to move from relief to development.
Brookstone Restoration has teamed up with the Alabama Baptist Children's Homes & Family Ministries. This first phase is a home that the Alabama Baptist Children's Home will use for respite care for their house parents that are on six days and off three. The days they are off, they will have the option to come to this home to rest and relax with their family. Brookstone Restoration bought the property and is completely renovating the home and the property. Completion should be completed by the end of September.
Thank you for helping us make a difference in our community.
