Mover/Packer
Mover / Packer - Birmingham
Brookstone Restoration is a fun, family-oriented, full-service restoration company! We are looking to add experienced movers in packing and moving household items to help people in their time of need.
Job Type: M-F / Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour based on experience
Job Description:
- Create inventory logs and document items using digital photos
- Record Before and After images of personal property
- Clean and disinfect salvageable items
- Respond to property damage on emergency calls on a rotating basis
- Pack and move boxes of personal items with care and efficiency

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work in affected homes due to fire, water or roof damage
- Valid Driver's License
- Can pick up 70 lbs.
- Can work in storm damaged dwellings
- Can pass background check
- Can pass a drug test
Requirements:
- Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills to interact with customers suffering from the traumatic experiences brought on by catastrophic events such as a house fire or water line break in the property.
