Team Coordinator - Birmingham

Brookstone Restoration is a growing, locally owned restoration company looking for a high-energy and driven individual to be the Team Project Coordinator for our Mitigation Department.

Job Type: M-F / Full-time 8:00am-5:00pm

Job Description:

  • Coordinate homeowner meetings with project manager and estimator
  • Complete project tracking report
  • Maintain notes and pictures in PSA project management software
  • Prepare purchase orders
  • Prepare work orders
  • Daily communication with project managers and estimators about their projects
  • Provide quick and accurate responses to vendors, agents and clients
  • Coordinate and communicate with insurance companies, agents, adjusters and clients
  • Answer phones and direct calls when needed
  • Demonstrate a positive image of the company to staff and clients, both oral and written
  • Provide exemplary customer service to clients
  • Work on call in local emergency CAT events

Qualifications:

  • 3 years minimum experience
  • Property insurance knowledge or construction experience a plus
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Dependable
  • Detailed and organized
  • Enjoy talking to customers
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Can pass a criminal background check
  • Can pass a drug test
