Reconstruction

At Brookstone Restoration, our goal is to restore your property to its pre-loss condition as quickly and efficiently as possible. We oversee every step of the reconstruction process, starting with a comprehensive property assessment to document all damage and prepare a detailed estimate. Once authorized, our project managers will meet with you to ensure clear communication of the timeline and scope of work. Since reconstruction can be an extensive process, our project managers remain in constant contact, providing regular updates to keep you informed and ensure everything progresses smoothly.

Brookstone does not file insurance claims for you. However, we will partner with you to manage your claim and negotiate with your insurance company on the scope of work needed to restore your property to its pre-loss condition. Our team of estimators and coordinators are experienced in communicating with insurance carriers and have established relationships with all major insurance carriers. Its important to note that Brookstone does not negotiate policy limits, as those are determined by the insurance company.

In a typical insurance claim, Brookstone uses the carrier preferred insurance pricing software (like Xactimate or Symbility) to estimate repair costs for insurance claims. These software programs use market-based pricing, meaning Brookstone doesn’t determine line item pricing. Instead, the prices are determined by current market conditions and what insurance carriers approve. Brookstone’s role is to ensure the scope of the work is accurately documented and reflected in the estimate, and that the final estimate is set based off of what insurance will approve.
